Pinterest has long been a source of inspiration for me. Here are some of my favorites.


I’ve done this workout. I did alter it a bit since I have bad knees. So I did leg lifts instead of lunges.



I literally have these energy bites in my refrigerator right now. Love them so much!


Doing this right now. Trying to shock my body since I’ve been on a plateau for months. Time to lose this last 20 pounds.
