A Devotional
You’ve heard it said that God has a plan for our lives. (1 Chronicles 28:19)
But what would you be doing if you weren’t doing what you’re doing now? If you never even thought about what He had planned for you?
What decisions would you make differently?
I’ve often contemplated this scenario. So far as having a very realistic dream that involved a visit from the Archangel stating that I had been chosen to go back in time to change two such choices in my life, knowing that it wouldn’t change who I loved. In other words, it wouldn’t change my husband or my children.
My choices? I would become a runner, hence helping my health and I would have changed my education choices to include becoming an RN right out of high school.

What would be yours? It’s kind of like dreaming of winning the lottery isn’t it? What would we do with all of that? To be able to change what idiots we were as young people? And for those reading this that are still “young” I hope it makes you think, what could I change right now to avoid those regrets?
I have so many regrets, none of which are who I love. It’s simply health and money that are the main ones (current situation not withstanding).
So help God out. Because like every parent his only hope is that we become the amazing individuals that he knows we are destined to be. Fulfill your heavenly Father’s dreams and be that person. It’s never too late to change something that can make our lives richer.

Today I will choose to reach out to some friends I haven’t spoken to in awhile. Maybe enriching their lives. I will also spend time with my little family (while missing my two middles babies terribly). I will also pray like a damn maniac. Pray like my life depends on it. Pray like the child of God that needs Him more every single day.
Those are my choices. For today.
What are yours?
Questions/Actions
Think back, what would you change if given the option?
How would it change your life now?
What can you do today? So those regrets aren’t still there in the next decade.
